The consultation is open to Church Leaders, Ministry Leaders, Missionaries, Christian Leaders in the Market place, and Emerging Leaders, and other Christian workers.

COST AND PROCEDURE FOR PARTICIPATION
Participation: Based on selection criteria, recommendation and according to the specified country/regional quotas. Selected delegates will have to complete and submit the Registration Form through their National Registrar/Regional Coordinator with the Registration Fee of US200 for Africans and a deposit of at least One Day cost of the accommodation category of preference.

Registration Fees: These cover venue facilities rental, conference packages, administrative costs, airport pick-up and drop offs and Lunch at the conference venue each day.
African Participants– US$200
Accommodation: Will be on individual preference and at own cost. The charges are on Bed/Breakfast basis, and availability of preferred rooms, categories and locations will be on “first come, first-served” basis. Ranges of available Hotels are as follows according to the categories (More options and categories are being explored):

Category A: (With Complimentary Breakfast)
A. Ghion Hotel, Single occupancy is 65 USD; Double occupancy 75 USD per room per day
B. Wabeshebelle – Twin beds/Double occupancy 60 USD; Single occupancy is 55 USD per room per day
C. National Hotel– Double Occupancy 60 USD; Single occupancy is 55 USD per room per day
D. King’s Hotel – Double occupancy 75 USD; Single occupancy is 55 USD per room per day

Category B: (With Complimentary Breakfast) (Suitable for a couple/spouses)
1. Saro Maria (WiFi, Swimming pool, Gym and other facilities) 130 USD Single occupancy per room per day
2. Tegen Accomodation Hotel-Single occupancy – 120 USD per room per day
3. Dreamliner International Hotel – Double Occupancy (Couple) 160 USD per room per day

Feeding: While Complimentary Breakfast is included in the accommodation charges and Lunch being part of the conference fee will be served each day at the Conference venue, Dinner will be at the expense and choice of each participant.
