Catalysing and strengthening National Initiatives

MANI’s primary function is to help every nation develop a strategic, whole-church process to complete the Great Commission within its borders and send Africans in mission to the least-evangelised.

Nearly half of the countries in Southern Africa are engaged in some expression of a National Initiative. Each is at a different stage — some vital and growing, some exploratory, others needing revitalisation — yet all express the desire to mobilise the whole Body of Christ.

  • Networking: connecting credible African leaders with outside networks and prioritising needs within Africa.
  • Clearinghouse: endorsing ministries and representing Africa at the global level.
  • Focus: helping the Church put its resources where they make the most difference.
